Leadership Program
The focus of this program is to develop and enhance students’ ability to communicate effectively in small groups. They will share ideas, develop plans, use problem solving strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of the groups’ goals and efforts while engaging in different scenarios.

Leadership Group Rotations
Raft Building Scenario: The group will have to plan and construct a raft using the materials supplied. Once constructed the whole team will then have to paddle around a set course.
Liquid Life: Your team of secret agents have been dropped in behind enemy lines but do not have enough water to survive. Your team must tunnel into the desalination plant, steal some salt water then construct a filtration unit out of PVC pipes and joiners.
Reptile Rescue: Teams use site maps to find equipment to build an A Frame transporter. The second task is it to construct a mega huge fishing pole that will need the whole team working together to hook the snakes before they fall into the toxic barrel.
